Summer Recipe, smoothie or popsicles:

Blend 1 Sublime™ tsp on shakes or smoothies. Perfect pairing with orange juice, yogurt, or water. Nurture your family with lemonade-beet popsicles or ice cream. Keep it creative by adding this nutritious and colorful vegetable to your foods and drinks.

Winter Recipe, Pink Vegan Latte:

1 tsp Sublime™ beet powder. 18 OZ almond or any non-dairy milk. 1 tsp maple syrup. Preparation.-Place beet powder in a 12 OZ mug or cup. Heat the milk. Mix the milk and maple syrup using a blender. Pour the milk in the mug with the beet powder and mix. Enjoy.

 

Summer recipe, Yummy Spirulina Smoothie:

1 tsp Sublime™ Spirulina powder. 1 frozen ripe banana cut in small chunks. 8 OZ almond or any non-dairy milk.

Preparation: Mix all in a blender. Enjoy.

 

Summer recipe, Yummy Maca-rena Smoothie:

1 tsp Sublime™ maca powder.

1 frozen ripe banana cut in small chunks.

8 OZ of almond or any cold milk

Preparation : Mix all using a blender. Enjoy.

 

Turmeric Tea:

1/3 cup or 80 ml raw honey. 2 1/2 tsp of Sublime™ Turmeric Powder.

1 large juicy lemon. 1/4 tsp of fine fresh ground black pepper.

Preparation:

Mix all and create a paste. Pour a heaping tsp of paste to the bottom of a mug. Add hot water and dissolve the paste. Squeeze the large lemon juice to the mix. Enjoy.

Note.- Keep leftover paste refrigerated.

 

Summer recipe, Vegan Vanilla Smoothie:

1 frozen ripe banana cut in small chunks.                                  

3 tablespoons of Sublime™ Protein (about 26.5g)      

8 OZ of cold unsweetened Almond Milk.

Preparation: Mix and blend all ingredients. Use preferably a blender. Enjoy.

3 tablespoons of Sublime™ Protein (about 26.5g)

8 OZ of cold unsweetened Almond Milk
